Something different

The Forever Girl - Rebecca Hamilton

I usually steer clear of fantasy romance but there was a group read. I actually enjoyed this because it's better written than most of the genre. There were a few places where the pace was a little slow, but otherwise it was very good.

A Wiccan girl in a small town is looking for information about a witch ancestor, but stumbles into a world of immortals, sort of like vampires but elementals. naturally one is cute but she gets too hung up that they need to be able to grow old together to have a relationship.

While the resolution is predictable, the read was actually of a higher than average standard so well worth the time and effort. I'll go see the movie when it comes out.
